Grilled Radicchio with pesto


  • 300 gr. of red radicchio of Treviso
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • salt


  1. Grill the radicchio making sure that the leave tips don’t get carbonised
  2. season with salt on both sides and place on a serving plate
  3. First drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and then add the Genovese pesto sauce
