Velvety Frittata

Ingredients

  • ½ jar Artichoke Paste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Add all the other ingredients.
  3. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 160°C.
