Sun-dried Tomatoes

Tomatoes, exclusively of first choice, are carefully selected, washed and cut into two. They are then dried in safe and controlled places. Once the optimal drying is achieved, they are then placed inside the jars and covered with oil to retain all the organoleptic qualities.
