Peppers, Eggplants and Ricotta Paté

Sweet peppers and eggplants are previously collected, cleaned and placed in brine ready to use. At the time of preparation of the recipe the vegetables are mixed with the Ricotta, the oil and a few other characterizing ingredients. We pay special attention in particular to the balance between the different flavours of the vegetables in order to ensure a delicate taste as required from this special recipe.
