The Tomato and Aubergines Sauce Fattorie Umbre is simple and tasty, the ideal combination for pasta. Made with Italian Tomato, carefully selected eggplant and other simple ingredients. A mix with fresh aubergines, garlic and other traditional ingredients are prepared. The obtained compound is quickly sealed and pasteurized in order to guarantee its conservation without the addition of chemical preservatives.
