Ingredienti
300gr di Mozzarella
200gr di Pomodoro fresco
20gr di olio extravergine di oliva
Pesto alla Genovese “Fattorie Umbre” (q.b.)
Basilico fresco per decorazione
Preparazione
Lavate il pomodoro, tagliatelo a fette e disponetelo in un piatto.
Tagliate la mozzarella e aggiungetela al pomodoro.
Unite poi qualche cucchiaino di pesto e condite con olio extravergine di oliva ; aggiungete qualche fogliolina di basilico fresco per decorare il piatto
A parte tostare il delle fette di pane casareccio.
