Artichokes Salad


  • ½ jar Artichoke Sauce
  • A nice bowl of mixed salad to taste
  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper


  1. Dissolve the salt in the vinegar or lemon, add the mustard and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Beat with a fork or in the blender to create a smooth sauce.
  3. Now add the artichoke paste and continue to mix into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  4. Dress the salad with this sauce.
