Rice Salad



How to make it:

Cook the rice in abundant salted water, drain it “al dent”e and cool it; in the meantime, boil 3 eggs and set them aside

Wash and dice a carrot; brown it with a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan;  when everything is ready just combine all the ingredients in a bowl (eggs, carrots, tuna and chopped artichokes)
