Tagliatelle al Pesto with Truffles


  • Tagliatelle for 4 servings
  • ½ jar of Pesto with truffles
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • grated cheese to taste


  1. Dilute the pesto with the extra virgin olive oil
  2. cook the tagliatelle
  3. mix in the pesto and add grated cheese to taste
  4. Serve hot
