Fettuccine Bolognese


-400 gr of Fettucine by “Fattorie Umbre”

– 1 jar of Bolognese Sauce by Fattorie Umbre

– Parmigiano Reggiano (as needed)

How to make it:

Fill a pot with water and boil it; once it is boiling, salt the water and add the Fattorie Umbre eggs fettucine.

As soon as the Fettuccine are “al dente”, pour them into a pan.

Add the Bolognese sauce, some Parmigiano Reggiano, some boiling water and mix everything.

If you like it you can also add some fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese at the end.
