Italian Appetizer



  1. Begin by preparing the platter’s base. Slice the focaccia or rustic bread into thin slices or squares and arrange them on the platter.
  2. Generously spread the black olive pâté on some slices of focaccia or bread.
  3. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces or thin strips and distribute them on other slices of focaccia.
  4. Slice the buffalo mozzarella into cubes or thin slices and place them on some slices of focaccia.
  5. Lay the prosciutto on other slices of focaccia.
  6. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the mozzarella and prosciutto.
  7. Complete the platter with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
