- 100g of ORGANIC Sun-dried Tomato
- 1 focaccia or rustic bread
- 200g of buffalo mozzarella
- 100g of prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgine Olive Oil “Fattorie Umbre”
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Begin by preparing the platter’s base. Slice the focaccia or rustic bread into thin slices or squares and arrange them on the platter.
- Generously spread the black olive pâté on some slices of focaccia or bread.
- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces or thin strips and distribute them on other slices of focaccia.
- Slice the buffalo mozzarella into cubes or thin slices and place them on some slices of focaccia.
- Lay the prosciutto on other slices of focaccia.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top of the mozzarella and prosciutto.
- Complete the platter with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Arrange the platter attractively on the table, allowing everyone to enjoy the combined ingredients to their liking.
