Spaghetti with Olives and Almonds cream

Ingredients

How to make it:

Fill a pot with water and boil it; once it is boiling, salt the water and add the pasta

As soon as the pasta is “al dente”, pour them into a pan.

Add the Olives and almond patè, some Parmigiano Reggiano, some boiling water and mix everything.

If you like it you can also add some fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese at the end.

Roughly crush some almonds for decoration
