- 150 gr. grated celeriac
- 150 gr. grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ jar of Genovese Pesto sauce
- juice of ½ lemon
- Mix the celeriac and carrots, season with lemon and salt.
- Mix the pesto with the mayonnaise and olive oil extra virgin olive oil and season the salad.
