Tricolour Salad

Ingredients

  • 150 gr. grated celeriac
  • 150 gr. grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ jar of Genovese Pesto sauce
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt

Directions

  1. Mix the celeriac and carrots, season with lemon and salt.
  2. Mix the pesto with the mayonnaise and olive oil extra virgin olive oil and season the salad.
