Curious Salad


  • 200 gr. endives
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 50 grams of nuts
  • 1 rennet apple
  • the juice of ½ lemon
  • two tablespoons tartufata (truffled sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Clean, cut and wash the endives.
  2. Remove the grapefruit peel and skin each segment, peel the apple and cut into slices immediately passing it through lemon to keep it from browning.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, tartufata sauce, salt and pepper.
