Boats of Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar hot pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.

Directions

  1. Boil and shell the eggs, then cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and mash with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Refill the egg halves with this paste.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
