Caper Sauce


  • ½ jar Artichoke Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of capers desalted and choppe
  • the juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • paprika
  • salt


  1. In a blender mix all ingredients, adding the oil very slowly as if to make mayonnaise, continue until acquiring the desired consistency.
  2. Use to accompany boiled meats, especially if cold.
