Artichokes Sauce


  • 1 jar Artichoke Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • a few leaves fresh mint
  • pepper and salt


  1. Whisk all the ingredients adding the oil very slowly as if to make mayonnaise, until achieving the desired density and use on toasted croutons or pasta.
