Pumpkin Ravioli and Rocket Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. pumpkin ravioli
  • 50 gr. amaretti crumbs
  • ½ jar of rocket sauce
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli in plenty of salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, dilute the rocket sauce with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Drain the ravioli, mix them with the rocket sauce and garnish with the crumbled amaretti.
  4. Serve hot.
