Spaghetti with Tartufata


  • 500 gr. spaghetti
  • 1 jar tartufata
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • black pepper


  1. Dilute the tartufata in a serving dish with the oil and anchovy paste.
  2. Then heat the mixture on the steam of the pot the spaghetti is cooking in, taking care to not let it boil.
  3. Drain the spaghetti al dente and toss with the sauce
