Bolognese Fettuccine


(Fast recipe):
-400 gr of Fettucine by “Fattorie Umbre”
– 1 jar of Bolognese Sauce by Fattorie Umbre or read the recipe below.
– Parmigiano Reggiano (as needed)
– 400gr of Fettucine by Fattorie Umbre
– Parmigiano Reggiano (as needed)
For the sauce:
-500gr of beef
-1 Carrot
-2 Celery
-1 Onion
-1 Glass of wine
-1 Garlic clove
-Basil (as needed)
-Salt (as needed)
-1kg Mashed Tomatoes


Chop carrot, celery, onion and garlic. Fry the vegetable mix in 4-5 tablespoons of oil and brown the meat on medium heat. Add the salt and let it flavor for a few minutes. Pour the wine and let it evaporate. Add the mashed tomato, the basil leaves, cover with a lid, and cook a low heat for at least half an hour. When the sauce is almost ready, put the fettucine in a boiling water and add the salt. Cook it “al dente” , pour it into a large serving dish and mix well. Add Parmesan (as needed).
